Tally becoming non-responsive while opening a particular ledger


Follow below steps to get rid of this problem:

  • Open tally, do not login to any company, press ctrl+Alt+r
  • it will ask for the company
  • select the company (which you have issue with)
  • It will offer for backup
  • select yes or no
  • will take some time based on your data. Once done login to company & check the ledger.
